I’m good at a lot of things but saving money is not one of those. I’m not reckless but I could definitely have more money saved. 

In my search for money saving tips, I came across the Digit app. Digit analyzes your spending and automatically saves the perfect amount everyday so you don’t have to think about it. 

My goal is to have a good savings set aside for a rainy day but I think I have a hard time with the fact that it’s not a tangible goal to work towards like a car or a vacation. 

Digit sounded perfect for someone like me so I downloaded their app and got my first month free. 

Since downloading Digit, they have saved $112 to my rainy day fund and I haven’t even noticed.  It’s easily worked with my budget and it’s much more successful than if I was trying on my own.

Digit has overdraft protection so if they take too much money from your account, they’ll cover the bank fee. I’ve used other money-saving apps in the past that have overdrawn my account multiple times, depleting my savings to pay off the bank fees. Digit also offers 256-bit encryption, the same level as the military so your finances are secure and protected. 

Overdrafts and compromising my finances were my biggest worries before trying Digit, and those have been easily squashed by the precautions they have in place.

I have become addicted to wedge sneakers. My husband continues to tell me I have too many but I will let you be the judge of that. The sneakers are from Aldo and I love to teach in them as they have a zipper and slide right in and off.

The pants are from Beyond Yoga. They are called Featherweight Spacedye Jogger. These pants are great for little booties like mine or big booty’s like my partners. These are more of a ‘fall’ style with the color. They are soft, they suck you in and they have a cute zipper embellishment at the ankle. I wanted to buy these in every color but I contained myself so I could get a different style to review for you.

This crop top is an alibaba.com special. It looks high end, and feels high end but only cost me $88. I think if you wear higher waisted pants this top is for anybody type. If you’re got the confidence and can tuck a roll into your pants rock it!!

1. Fiverr

This app is life changing. We all have digital items we need and have no idea how to make them happen. Yes google and YouTube can get you so far but you have to have the time to do it. Now I jump on fiverr and find someone to create my project. I’ve had stickers, gifs, sketches, artwork for bags and lots more designed. My favorite designer is xxxx. He always delivers an amazing product!

2. Planoly

Instagram is exhausting. Keeping up with posting as often as every website recommends is impossible. I suggest really thinking of content and try to post 3 times a week. This app allows me to sequence several weeks out at a time. I can see exactly what it looks like and get my “flow”. I can always find the time to plan IG while sitting in the passenger seat of my vehicle or arriving early for kids pick up.

3. Unfold

This app has so much potential for my business but I cannot find the time to design on it very often. If you have some extra time I would pay for the yearly subscription and really work on your stories. They can be a very important part of your business

4. Canva

If you don’t have a marketing team and have never designed a flyer, business card, or letterhead look no further. They have so many free templates that are great and their paid templates are very reasonable. I design all my IG sayings and flyers on this. If you pay for the app which is $8.99 a month you can select your brand colors and font and use them as a default!
