So I Tried The New GOGO Fiber Gummies From FLO And Here’s How It Went!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been having major GI issues as I’ve gotten older. My digestion is off, I get constipated, and because of this, my weight has been fluctuating so much. But then I recently saw an ad on Instagram for FLO’s new GOGO Fiber Gummies. I’ve used FLO gummies before to manage my period symptoms so I thought I’d give the new prebiotic product a try… You would not believe my results.

First Impression:

So first things first, not only is the packaging totally cute, but these gummies are actually SO delicious. They taste like orange sorbet! You wouldn’t believe that all of the ingredients are non-GMO and vegan, like chicory root fiber, raw cane sugar and coconut oil. I did not think a prebiotic gummy could taste this good! And as an extra plus, it came straight to my door. It was love at first sight.

My Take:

I started taking my GOGO gummies twice a day to help with my constipation and then over time I upped to four a day as recommended to help with my weight fluctuations. To be honest, I wish I could take them more often because they actually taste SO DARN GOOD. And get this, after a couple days, my stomach started to feel less blocked up and I was so much more regular. The prebiotics in GOGO helped completely reset my digestive schedule. 

Although I initially took these for my stomach issues, these gummies have totally helped me manage my weight over time as well. Thanks to the added fiber in my diet, I now feel fuller longer. I’ve also noticed that since I started taking GOGO, my cravings and snacking have decreased. I’ve honestly never felt better since I started taking these gummies. 

The Verdict:

You can probably guess what I’m going to say– I’m OBSESSED. These GOGO Fiber Gummies from FLO are everything you could want in a prebiotic gummy: delicious and effective. I’m so glad I found them, and so is my tummy!
